Possible TikTok app re-download after unbanning

Apple will restore the app to the app store if/when legally allowed to do so.
Per the NYT article, "the law penalizes app stores, like Apple and Google, and other internet companies, like Oracle, for distributing or updating any TikTok content". Therefore, TikTok is currently unavailable on the Apple app store and Google app store. Apple, nor anyone on this community change that. The US Supreme Court recently upheld the ban and therefore only the US Congress can change the law at this point.
