Facetune charging me and i cannot cancel via apple

I keep being charged for Facetune. I cancelled this before the free trial was completed yet Facetune is charging me. Apple classes it as not available for a refund as it was cancelled, yet still charged….

FaceTune have taken my money and I have no active subscription on my App Store ?! I had deleted the FaceTune app, and there was nothing, and still is nothing in my subscription section and I’ve just been billed £59.99!! How would I go about getting my money back?
