The US Supreme Court recently upheld the ban and therefore only the US Congress can change the law at this point. It is only speculation that an incoming administration may be able to intervene unless ByteDance meets the requirements of the law as passed.

Everybody? It simply hasn't been unbanned, even if you can get into it through a web browser. When Apple has the authority to restore the app, you'll then be able to use it. Until then, you'll need to wait.

I totally agree with you. I thought of TikTok getting banned permanently but then later that night after everything was gone I thought it’s probably going to come back. I deleted it though. Now I can’t get it back after the “ban”. I seriously think we should get it back. It isn’t fair how if other people kept it, they can have it, but people who deleted, can’t have it at all.
