I'm trying to update my Safari to support a banking app but am advised as follows: Apple no longer offers Safari updates for Windows or other non-Apple operating systems. Safari 5.1.7 for Windows was the last version made for Windows. It was released in 2010 and is now outdated.

Nobody on these boards will know for certain, but it's likely because of low demand. If you're on a Mac as specified in your system information, it'll have a recent version of Safari; otherwise, use a different web browser.
