Battery draining quickly on Apple Watch SE 2nd gen

My Apple Watch SE 2 nd gen battery drowns low very quickly ?


I already turned off all notifications,etc..

Have you force restarted your watch by holding in the side button & the digital crown for 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo then release?


You can also try turning off Live activities

From your iPhone>Watch>Smart Stack


Also maybe turn off background app refresh for apps that don't need it

From your iPhone>Watch>General>Background App Refresh


Also maybe turn down the screen brightness and or turn off Always on

From your iPhone>Watch>Display & Brightness
