Frequent crashes since update to Sequoia 15.2 (24C101)

My MacBook Pro 2021 (M1 Max) crashes almost consistently (but not quite) a few minutes after I plug or unplug it from my dock station (which has an external monitor and additional USB ports plugged to it, as well as charging. It also has an ethernet port, which is not plugged).

First line of the crash report is:

panic(cpu 1 caller 0xfffffe00177d6470): busy timeout[0], (60s): 'Network_Interface' (1,1810001) @IOService.cpp:5822

I have added the Crash log as well as the EtreCheck report with all the details - hoping this can help diagnose the issue.

This machine appears to be in a Managed Configuration by a school, university or workplace environment

That is correct, but the crash is most likely a bug in the OS, right? I doubt my IT department can do anything about this.

A Bug in macOS is always possible

Though, it was really up to the IT Department to have TESTED macOS Sequoia 15.2 (24C101) Before this software was allowed to be installed on the machine

If the issue is a Hardware Issue, which that too is possible

It is up to the IT Department to manage, repair or replace the computer
