Ticketmaster App and website won't allow me to log in - on Iphone11

I tap on the Ticketmaster App. Click Sign in. It gives the message "Ticketmaster" wants to Use "ticketmaster.com". I click on Continue and get a blank screen.

When I try to log in on the web - a message says your browsing activity has been paused

I can sign in no problem on my laptop.

I've contacted Ticketmaster and followed all their suggestions/ log off-on/ re add app/ block cookies/ don't use VPN etc/tried incognito/cleared browser history/tried on home wifi/ tried on my mobile data. Nothing works!

Need to get access - as mobile tickets needed for gig

Any suggestions please ??
