yesterday I had deleted a message and I didn’t realize so. I went to go recover them and only 2,000 of 53,000 messages were recovered. How do I recover the rest?

how can I get back deleted messages after I recovered them within the 40 days and not all of them came back
Here is what Apple says.......
You can restore messages you deleted for up to 30 days.
