I accidentally connected a paid subscription to Picsart for $38.99, apple company returned me $5 out of 38, although they should get the full amount back!Will I get my money back and when? And how to do it?

A $5 refund sounds like a prorated amount. How long ago did the subscription renew? Apple's refund decisions are usually considered to be final.

I didn't subscribe in that case, it happened by accident, 1-2 days after Picksart withdrew money from me, I called the Apple hotline, they said that they gave me back $6.50, it's the tax they took, and $32.50 Picsart didn't return it to me, and when I wrote there on the hotline, they said they couldn't get my money back because Apple restricted access to such functions,
Subscriptions don't happen by accident in Apple's App Stores. You have to approve a purchase by double-pressing the iPhone's right-side button.
Also, if you chose either of the 7-day Plus or the 7-day Pro free trials and did not cancel the free trial subscription 24 hours before the 7 days ended, you authorized either of them to become paid subscriptions.
I understand everything, but I didn't want to make this subscription, I wanted to get a free version for a couple of days and cancel it, and then a week later I see how my money is withdrawn. Therefore, this subscription was issued accidentally in such a way that I did not know that firstly it costs $38.99, secondly, I did not know that the free version could turn into a paid one, because of this I want to get my money back. Instead of "scolding" me, it would be better to tell me how to solve this this problem
