What happenes if my phone deleted tiktok by itself

Sounds like you have Optimized Storage turned on. This will offload apps automatically to save space on your device and when that happens depends on how much free space you have and how often the app is used. Once the app has been offloaded, it will require it to be downloaded again from the App Store and if it is not available in the App Store anymore, you will not be able to redownload it. To prevent that from happening you would need to turn off Optimized Storage.

You may want to warn users of what would be required before recommending such action, such as:

• All subscription must be cancelled.
• You would need to contact Apple to immediately remove the subscription as cancelling only prevents them from being renewed and the are still active until the expirations date.
• Apple Cash would be unusable, as it is only a service in the US.
• Your Apple Account would have to be cleared.
• You would need to add a payment method for this new country that you are now claiming as your home.

Maybe use a VPN and access Apple Store in another country where TikTok is not banned.... and see if you can download it. What if you are a tourist to USA and want to access TiKTok... and you have the app on your phone.. along with a VPN? I suspect that the TikTok feeds from abroad are blocked so no-one can access TikTok regardless of using a VPN.. Who knows. But Donald is sure to reinstate it...

All you can do is access TikTok on the web using Safari. Do it quickly as there are only about 62 days left for ByteDance to divest to a US Company. They have not done it yet and there is no guarantee that they will.

The fine for Apple allowing a single user to download TikTok from the App Store is $5,000. Is that something you would be willing to pay? Otherwise, you can access it on the web using Safari and it also has no affect on any app that had previously been downloaded prior to the ban.

Nobody here can answer that question as it would only be speculation. Currently both Apple and Google face fines of $5,000 for each violation if they allow anyone to download the app, and there has been nothing that has changed that fact. App Store Country or Region -

You may ONLY use the iTunes/App Store for the country in which you live as a legal resident. According to multiple calls to Apple Support, the agents confirm that you must provide an approved payment method for that country. If it is a credit card, it must be from a bank in that country with a verifiable billing address in that country.

You may NOT randomly use the iTunes/App Store designated for another country.

Yes, Congress passed a law that placed a $5,000 per violation fine on both Google and Apple for every person that it allows to download TikTok on their App Store. Apple did not delete it off of your device, so that is something that must have been done by you. All that is left now is to access it on the web, and currently the days are numbers even for access there.

You will not be able to redownload the app, but you can access it on the web using Safari. The law is still in effect and China only has about 68 days left to divest in a US company to continue any operations here.

Federal law prevents both Apple and Google (Android) from adding TikTok to their App Store. It also prevents Apple servers from connecting to TikTok servers, so no redemptions.
