When I tried to login apple store on my mac laptop, at the phase review, I stuck on the step two "pay method and phone number". Whatever information I inputed, I clicked "continue". I got error message to reminded me to input those fields. But I did input them.

Check Your Apple ID Settings:
Go to System Preferences > Apple ID.
Click on Payment & Shipping to check if your payment information is correctly set up. If you see a message that says your account needs an update, follow the prompts to update your details.
