iOS / iPadOS 18 Paste from Other Apps setting removed? Allow Paste popup

Has the Paste from Other Apps been removed or just hidden? I can't find it when I search settings and the constant popups asking to Allow or Deny paste are incredibly annoying.

I'm even getting the message *within* the same app! in Photos if I copy text then paste it - the popup appears, this is nuts, anyone else?

(Just to clarify - I am selecting text in a non-english language, using translate, then copying the translation - so technically it's 2 apps but good grief.)

I tried it from Photos to Photos and still get the popup.
