You can't. We don't know when TikTok will return for download, as of right now the ban is still in effect. In the meantime if you cannot wait, you can still watch TikTok on the web.

That has not been upheld by the courts yet. Our government has 3 branches each with their own checks and balances, otherwise it would be a Dictatorship. The law has NOT been overturned by Congress and the challenge to the law was rejected by the Supreme Court. To learn more about what an Executive Order can and cannot do, you can start here:

Still, any legal shield Trump promises by way of executive action will not hold up in court, Rozenshtein argues.

"This is not a power the president has, and he cannot wish it into existence merely by saying something and calling it an executive order," he said.

You will also see that it is not available in the Google Play store or the Microsoft Store, so clearly it is not an Apple issue. You will just have to wait and see how it plays out.

The law was passed by Congress imposing the fines on Google and Apple, do you know how your Representatives voted? They represent you and voted on your behalf, so I assume you have been in contact with them and made your case to them. It is a great time to understand how Government works.

President Trump's executive order still may not protect TikTok's technology partners such as Apple and Google from the hefty 850 billion dollar fine they could face for violating the law and bringing the app back for download.
