Unable to change my Apple Account profile photo

When i go to apple id in settings and click to change my profile photo, i click done and it shows that it changed, but when i go back to it, it didnt change at all

Apple Account profile photo not updating When I check my Apple Account it shows a photo I chose a while ago. When I press to edit, it’s the new one. It’s also the new one in contacts. How do I change the initial one? Is this just an error, or are they two different things that you edit differently? How do you change it?
