My Gmail on iPhone won’t receive a zip file

Hi 👋🏼

I needed to get a current statement of my super. They will only email, & they said it is a zip file of 4 or 5 pages, but it doesn’t come through. They have tried a few times. They also tried with my iCloud mail account, but again no good. All my other mail seems to be getting through. They don’t know if the issue is with me or them. Any ideas, thanks 🙏🏼

It could be the sender and their email server’s reputation, or it could be the recipient blocking the message.

Nobody here knows. Not without access to the mail server logs on nothing ends of the transfer.

If the email message is not in your spam folder, you’ll want to check with your mail provider (Gmail).

This because email providers and various spam filters can block zip attachments.

Options? Send it somewhere else that doesn’t block, or request they print and send it via post.
