Apple Watch 10 not tracking wrist temperature

I’ve had my Apple watch 10 since Christmas and I wear it pretty much every night and I have yet to see any mention at all of wrist temperature in my health vitals or anywhere else. I was sick last week and at one point had a fever of 101.1F, but nothing registered at all from the watch. Disappointing - that was one of the reasons I bought the 10. I also don’t see anything in settings to turn temp monitoring on/off, so best I can tell it just simply doesn’t work at all.

  • Sleep must be set up with Track Sleep with Apple Watch enabled.
  • Sleep Focus must be enabled for at least 4 hours a night for about 5 nights.
