Pending payment for in-game purchase on Efootball linked to my App Store.

So i bought an in-game item in Efootball, and i received the in-game product but it did not deduct the money in my ewallet called TnG Ewallet which i didnt realize (i bought the product two times), but after some time around 1-2 months, when i try to buy another in-game product it says theres an incomplete purchase going in another device, i already used the first product that i purchased of course, but then when i do some research it says that the first purchase that i did is pending, whilst i have received and used the product in the game, my money was not deducted at all, but now my real question is how do i pay the pending purchases now that i have the money to pay for it, i already did entered my payment method on my app store, apple ID account, but the purchase is still pending, could please anyone help give me detailed tutorial on how to complete the purchase?
