How can I restore access to Game Center without turning off restrictions?

This started when I asked my guardian to allow Game Center. She was configuring some settings and may have accidentally messed up one setting, causing this. She doesn’t know how and we have been trying to fix since. What it looks like is that, when you click Content & Privacy Restrictions, and click App Store, Game Center, and Games, you can click apps and configure the age ratings. For me, it only shows the option “Don’t Allow” and nothing else, causing my apps to be disabled until this problem has been fixed. It resolves when restrictions are turned off, but my guardian doesn’t want that. Please help!
