Unauthorized charge after Cal AI app uninstallation

So I recently installed your app cal ai and I tried it for 3 days for free yeah so then I unsubscribed and uninstalled it and one day later on my moms bank account there was -799 so one year of that app and I wanted to ask if it could be returned the money

Unauthorized in-app purchase and additional charge for Reface app on iPhone Downloaded Reface app from Apple app store. Did an in app purchase of 7.99 to access content. Then canceled the subscription a day later. It does not show in my subscription list but was just charged an additional 19.99 from Neocortext, Inc. the developer. Unauthorized $70 charge by Ornament app An app named Ornament would not let me cancel my subscription and charged me $70 even though I never used the app or signed up for anything. All i did was get the app and their help desk is refusing to give me a refund. I need this money back. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
