How can I fix iPad Wallpaper glitch after iPadOS update?

After updating to the iPadOS 17.3, my home screen wallpaper started glitching. When I switch from portrait to landscape mode and vice versa, the home screen wallpaper does not have a rotation animation. The wallpaper only jumps from the portrait mode version to the landscape mode version and vice versa. Restarting my iPad multiple times did not fix the issue. This problem is only fixed when I set the wallpaper as a pair where the lock and home screen wallpapers are the same. However, I would like my lock and home screen wallpapers to be different without the glitch. Has this happened to anyone else since the update?
