TikTok App Won't Reload From iCloud

I recently upgraded from an iPhone XS Max to the iPhone 16 Plus, but it seems my TikTok app got offloaded during the transfer process. Now, when I click on the app to try to reload it from iCloud, I get the message pop up that says "Unable to Install TikTok. The app is no longer available in the App Store." Oddly enough, the app still works fine on my old phone. Any solutions? Is there any solutions or any way to resolve this situation?
