Does anyone know if Apple has addressed this issue? For me it began on my iPhone 14 just in the past few months, after not having had a problem on the same phone for over a year since purchase. My voice mails are now delayed by 24 hours or more after the actual call! It's outrageous that Apple has not addressed this.

Apple doesn't deliver voicemail. Your carrier does. So waiting for Apple to address something they don't control, won't get you very far. Contact your carrier for help with their service. Apple has no control over the delivery of voicemail.

One can read the earth is flat too, but that doesn't make it so. Again, Apple doesn't have anything to do with voicemail. I don't doubt that your voicemails are delayed. It's just not Apple who is delaying them. You are more than welcome to wait and hope something changes on the Apple side, but that isn't the best choice. Or you can contact your carrier and ask them to help with the service THEY provide. The choice is yours, of course.
According to many reports I've read in this Community and elsewhere, people have been experiencing these issues for several years across multiple carriers, so it does not appear to be a carrier issue, but more likely a compatibility issdue of the iPhone software with that those of the carriers.
