Why is my iPhone 11 not updating to iOS18, it keeps saying an error occurred.

Please view the following article: If your iPhone or iPad won't update - Apple Support. Also be sure your iPhone is fully charged and has a strong WiFi Connection.

A lot of update errors go away when you connect the iPhone directly to a Mac or PC and run the update that way. Worth a try if you have not already done so.
