When will TikTok be available again on the App Store?

Nobody knows. Keep watching the news to see if Congress overturns the law, which is unlikely, or if the Supreme Court rules that an Executive Order can eliminate the fines imposed on Apple and Google for violations by allowing users to download the app in the App Store.
