Why is Tik Tok not on the App Store now that trump is president and the app isn’t banned anymore?

Because Apple would face big fines for leaving it available. An order suspending the ban is legally questionable unless the company which owns it shows that they're divesting from the Chinese government.

The US Congress has ordered TikTok to be banned and removed from the App Stores, so Apple complied with the law. Or else they could face a hefty fine. What Trump said regarding extending the TikTok ban deadline was merely a statement, and has not been approved nor signed into law yet.

We do not know if or when TikTok will return to the App Store. In the meantime, you can still watch TikTok on the web.
