Standby display clock options missing on iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 18.2.1

No display settings in standby mode iphone 16 ios 18.2.1 I'm setting up standby mode and I want the clock to display always. The only display option I have in settings is "Night Mode". That's fine but the clock disappears in 30 seconds and the only way to get it to return is to touch the phone. How do I choose how long the screen stays on? Is this even an option on the iphone 16?
