Why does my MacBook Pro says that my Epson ET-3850 is offline in between each uses

This is a new printer. I installed the proper drivers and I got it to successfully print from my Macbook Pro. I came back a couple days later and it said the printer was Offline when I tried printing even though the printer was Online. I had to delete the drivers and re-install them again in order to print the second time. Again It has been a couple days and it is giving me the same issue. I shouldn't have to delete and re-install the drivers every time I want to print from my Macbook Pro.

That printer can use AirPrint for its common printing and scanning functions, and does not require vendor drivers:

Print wirelessly from your Mac to your printer - Apple Support (also works wired)

Unfortunately, seemingly no TWAIN, and seemingly no IPP/IPPS support.

I’d also check for a printer firmware update from the printer control panel, as a starting point:

Check for a firmware update for your Wi-Fi router too.

If any add-on VPN apps are installed on your Mac, remove all and test again.

Then check with Epson support. Whether this is the printer, or an issue with the network, or with the drivers, or with macOS itself?
