How can I fix Apple Cash after restoring from iCloud?

I am having an issue setting up my Apple Cash on my phone again. I had the display repaired and had to restore from my iCloud backup.. I have tried the region and language fix, toggling the airplane mode on and off and resetting the network settings without any success. What else can I try? I would like to be able to use my Apple Pay again. Thank you for all and any help!
