Okay so i updated my ipad and this black box was here after i put my password, i dont know if its taking a long time to load or it just wont load at all, i can only swipe it up and but it still wont go away, is there anyway to fix this ? I just got this ipad .

Try a forced-restart - as this will often clear an isolated software issue:
Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)
If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:
Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)
Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
