My iCloud storage subscription won’t go back to free option

For so many years, I’ve been getting notifications that I have to pay 2€ monthly for 50GB per month, but I keep on trying to switch the plan to free but it doesn’t load or work I don’t know what to do

How are you trying to "switch" the plan? Did you.......


  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your account name
  3. Tap iCloud
  4. Tap Manage Storage
  5. Tap Change Storage Plan
  6. Choose the free 5 GB plan
