Adding icon picture to Home Screen folder on iPhone

Can you add an icon picture to a folder on Home Screen.

I’ve switched from Android where I could and miss that option.

I see that this question was answered with a “no” five years ago.Has it changed? Perhaps something in Shortcuts (which I love) that I haven’t stumbled on yet?
