I cant get rid of this app thats on my home screen. I have even tried to delete it multiple different ways but it just didn’t work. And j need a apple worker to help me! Pllllzzzzz???

Remove or delete apps from iPhone - Apple Support
and maybe try after a
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
then you should probably try to reach out to their support channels
