How do I turn off top hit search after app deletion on iPhone?

I have deleted an app off my phone, but I cannot seem to remove the top hit search off my phone and it’s bugging me, how do I turn off top hit search please (I have tried the usual safari one but isn’t working)

The only app I see in your search results is the Phone app, which cannot be deleted.
