Why is MS Teams missing from my Apple Watch?

I used to have the MS teams app on my Apple watch Series 5 and it was working perfectly well till about 5 days ago. I upgraded to an iPhone 16 and had to resync my watch with it. The store guy did a reset and set it up again, and post that there isnt any MS teams app showing up on the watch.. Very strange!! Has anyone else faced such an issue? Checked some other forums and they say that MS Teams isnt listed as an Apple Watch app.. i dont think this is accurate and hence wanted to check with you guys.. Could you please advise?
