Charge of $19.99 a year if I don't cancel for Google photos backup. How can I cancel?!

If you subscribed to Google Photos directly with Google, then you will also have to cancel the subscription with Google. Apple has no control over any subscription you make directly with any company and only can manage the subscriptions made through an in-app purchase. You can cancel those subscriptions easily here:
