I ordered AirPod 2. The box is labeled AirPod pro.

They are not the same. From where did you order these? AirPod 2s are older models that were released in 2019 so if you did indeed order the AirPod 2s, they are likely used and the seller placed them in the wrong box.
The AirPod Pros have a second generation. Could yo have ordered those instead? You can google to see images of all the AirPod models. Maybe that would help?
