IPad mini 5th gen buzzing noise near charger port

I just noticed today a new buzzing noise coming from my iPad mini 5th generation. It’s like buzzy and static like I noticed it started after I took it off charge. It only happens when the iPad is turned on. I’ve never had this happen before and it’s concerning me.
