Grey box on MacBook Air screen after latest macOS update

After i updated my macbook, this grey box appeared on my screen, and i can't get rid of it.

It changes it "name" when i go to a new app, and i have tried turning my computer off.

It seems like some software is generating this box. Did you check the list of open apps in Force Quit? (Apple menu > Force Quit...) and quit any app you don't recognize

You can also check all running processes in Activity Monitor (Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor; or search for it via Spotlight). Look through the list, select the process, and click on "X" to quit it.

If you notice any unknown apps, uninstall them immediately. Additionally, you can check your Mac for malware with third-party software like Etrecheck or Malwarebytes.
