weird email issue

I have been getting weird emails addressed to someone I don't know being dropped to me. The header looks like this:

I have no idea who this "peter" is and how the **** it is getting into my mailbox. This isn't the first time I have received an email not addressed to me from Docusign. Even though I block the sender they are still showing up.

Anyone know how I can get this to Apple? Seems there is a problem with Apple's mail server.

I am no SMTP expert, but it appears to me like a typical DocuSign phishing attempt. It's ending up in your iCloud Junk folder, correct? In that case, simply delete it. It might do some good to send this same header to the reporting emails in this article: https://www.docusign.com/trust/security/incident-reporting

An attacker is simply using a legitimate but compromised DocuSign account to send phishing email to you that have spoofed headers. Apple's server is recognizing this and is flagging the messages as Junk. It is unfortunate that Apple's Mail does not distinguish clear phishing emails and block them outright before you see them.

As long as they are in your Junk folder, simply ignore them. If one ends up in your Inbox, then mark it as Junk. If you have time, keep reporting them to DocuSign.
