Blocking calls and notifying the caller on iPhone

Is there away to block calls and let the person know you have blocked them

No. When you block a call the caller is not notified. Of course, you can text them and tell them you blocked them.

Blocked calls I have the iPhone 14 pro max and even though I have blocked numbers they are still able to call me on that blocked number. Does anyone know why and what to do to stop them?
