How can I stop my Apple Watch from notifying my hearing aids?

I just purchased an Apple Watch 10. The watch is talking into my Starkey hearing aids, ie, news notifications. How do I stop this from happening.

Unpair them from your watch

Unpair your Bluetooth accessory

Tap Settings > Bluetooth on your Apple Watch.
Tap the information button next to your accessory.
Tap Forget Device.
