What’s the issue you are encountering when resetting your security questions?


What is the error message shown, if any?


If you have two-factor authentication already enabled, then there are no security questions.


As one possibility that some others have unfortunately experienced, if you are now encountering an Apple Account with a different password, possibly with security questions in another language, and you did not previously have two-factor authentication enabled, it is possible that your Apple Account password was compromised and you have lost control of the Apple Account.
