What type of network are you currently connected to?

If using Wi-Fi, disable it and test again on cellular data.

If using cellular data, disable it by using AirPlane mode, and then enable Wi-Fi, then test again.

Is iPhone managed or have a VPN installed?

Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple Support

Answers to these questions will help narrow down what may be causing the issue. In the meantime, do not disregard the meesage. Do not use any sites where you would enter sensitive data untill you resolve this issue (If you see a 'Not Secure'' warning while browsing with Safari - Apple Support).

I have checked all three of those websites, and they load for me in Safari, Firefox, and Edge on Mac and iPhone. The certificates that the sites use also seem current and valid.

Therefore, I would be concerned that either the search results that you are clicking are not pointing to the legitimate sites, or something about your network may be impersonating or messing with the connections.
