How do I use SIM Card on carrier locked iPhone 13?
I bought a iPhone 13 a while back and I haven’t been able to use a SIM card in it, it says locked to a carrier

Only the carrier to whom it is locked can release the lock – if they choose to do so. Unfortunately, if you are not a current customer of that carrier, they might not be inclined to do so.
