I need the Material Safety Datasheets(MSDS) for an Apple iPad (10th Generation): with A14 Bionic chip, 10.9-inch Liquid Retina Display, 64GB. my courier needs this info to be allowed to ship it out of the USA. Anyone know how I can get hold of these data sheets?

To the best of my knowledge, that's the limit of information/documentation published by Apple. Couriers ship Apple devices internationally every day; if your Courier has a problem, perhaps find a better courier.
Purchasing within your own country from an Apple Authorised reseller is often easier - and significantly cheaper than paying import duty and other taxes that will likely be payable upon delivery to you in another country.
