How can I request refund for an unwanted Canva subscription?

i didn't mean to extend my canva subscription, but unfortunately i forgot to cancel and it extended itself. but i realize quickly and immediately cancel the plan, i also requested for some refund but instead of getting my money back my canva account extended. i don't need it and now i can't cancel it. please, i need my money back.
