Guided Access Stuck iPhone 16 Pro Max

I am unable to unlock my iPhone 16 Pro Max when I enable guided access on many apps most often YouTube. Face ID (double click) and triple click to unlock does not work to come out of guided access mode. I have to use the reboot shortcut (vol up, vol down and unlock button) to get back usability of my phone. Please fix this Apple.
