Reset Apple Music Preferences - for real

How can I reset Apple Music Preferences? I've seen solutions where I have to dislike every song previously played to completely wipe out the history. That is unworkable.

Or to create a profile and then delete it - which doesn't work because there is no profile to start with.

Or to let my subscription expire. Which I cannot do because I use the bundled Apple One subscription for my family for iCloud, Apps and Music and I don't know how to unsubscribe Music without unsubscribing our iCloud storage or something else that's needed.

This is for my child's iPad. She was in a bad state a year ago and we struggled to bring her back to normal. But when she listens to Apple Music - it drags back everything that had reinforced the previous state of mind. I can imagine I am not the only parent who see teenagers spiral downward because all they do is listen to what a nameless faceless algorithm throws at them because they lack the maturity to ignore suggestions that only get more extreme the more they listen to them. There's no way to turn the page on an unhealthy mental state that they need to grow out of. Is this what a child friendly company looks like?!! Please help.
