First, you're not communicating with Apple when you post in the Community. Apple support or customer services representatives do not participate in these forums. We're all just fellow users, helping out as we have time and knowledge to share.
As to your question, there is no way to know from the serial number whether that is a genuine Apple Watch, or stolen, or fake. Scammers can post any serial number they wish and you have no way of knowing that it wasn't just taken from another Watch or that the Watch with that serial number is the one you'll receive. I would strongly suggest that you not buy any Apple device that you cannot personally inspect or from any site that doesn't offer strong buyer protection. Far too many people get scammed trying to buy a device online. For discussion, see:

which applies in principle to all Apple devices.

Dear Varjak, first of all thank you very much for your prompt reply. My question arose spontaneously on this forum, regardless of who could give me an answer, or Apple Support or Apple community for me is indifferent since I wanted to understand how can I eceive 2 serial numbers similar from 2 different sellers who are in 2 different countries and both want to sell an Apple Watch ultra 2?
Sellers can post whatever serial number or other information that they wish. It is easy to use a serial number from another Watch, or even from a Watch the seller doesn't have. So any serial number a seller posts on the Internet means nothing since it may not be real, or may not apply to whatever device the seller might actually send (if they send anything at all).
Again, unless you can personally examine the Apple Watch, it will be impossible for you to be sure that the Watch you receive is not fake or otherwise would be unusable (for instance, stolen and still locked to the original owner). Buy only from an authorized Apple reseller, or from someone you know or at least can meet so that you can personally examine the Watch, or from a site that offers strong buyer protection in case you get something other than what was advertised or don't get anything at all.
There is nothing else anyone here or at Apple can tell you.
Regards.

Serial numbers are routinely copied.
If somebody can make a mostly-convincing counterfeit copy of an entire device (Watch, AirPods, or otherwise), copying a legitimate serial number once or twice or thousands of times is far easier.
And in addition to the risk of counterfeits, lost or stolen devices also get sold, and those do have valid serial numbers, but will be useless, permanently-locked bricks. By permanent, I do mean permanent. Forever. Always.
Devices reported lost or stolen can also get bricked or blacklisted after purchase, as well.
Unless you’re intent on buying a watch-like object, don’t buy from a can-disappear or sketchy seller.
Not without a massive discount.
Buy from a reputable vendor, or demand a substantial penalty (lower price) for the risk (large) you are accepting.

Hello~ I would encourage you to review the post by *varjak paw* They have conclusively answered your question and covered the possible issues you may encounter. I myself would not buy an Apple Watch from anyone but Apple.
