If you are referring to reading articles in the Safaria web browser, try "Reader Mode" first: Hide distractions when reading articles in Safari on iPad - Apple Support

If that does not get rid of enough junk on the page, you have a few more choices but I would recommend to do your research before choosing any of the ad blocking technologies below. The nature of ad blockers mean that they will know all of the sites that your browse. However, when used effectively, the web can be tamed and become an almost useable place again.

One of the more popular, flexable, and effective blockers for Safari on iOS/iPadOS is AdGuard (https://adguard.com/en/adguard-ios/overview.html).

And finally, you may want to learn about blocking DNS providers that can perform security, privacy, and ad blocking prior to the content even being delivered to your iOS/iPadOS/macOS device or browser. One example is NextDNS (https://nextdns.io/, https://apps.apple.com/us/app/nextdns/id1463342498). Again, please do your research as you must have great trust in a DNS provider and understand how to best configure it, and disable it, should you have problems loading some pages.
